SEMANAT in practice
Contact

Let’s talk about your material

E-mail or call us; we correspond in English and Polish and aim to respond promptly to relevant business enquiries. After a material enquiry, the next step is either questions about your application or a first proposal: a material, or a blend where no standard grade fits. Availability, specification and terms are then confirmed with the supplier, and suitability in a trial on your side.

Send a short enquiry

Two fields are enough: your e-mail address and a message. Name, company and phone are optional.

The controller of personal data is Natalia Dudek, trading as SEMANAT. We use the data provided in this form to handle your enquiry, to contact you about it and — for B2B contacts — to manage the business relationship. Depending on whether you act on your own behalf or represent a company, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Details of the processing and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Use of this form is governed by the Terms of Service. Sending an enquiry initiates contact with SEMANAT and is neither an order nor a commercial offer.

Three ways to get in touch

I’m looking for material

A few lines are enough to start:

  • the material, or the part and its application
  • key requirements or the problem to solve — a reference grade helps, if you have one
  • form and colour, if relevant
  • quantity and how often: one-off or recurring
  • delivery location, or whether you can collect the material yourself

You do not need to know all of this, and you do not need the grade name. Attach a TDS, drawings or photos to your e-mail if you have them.

I have material to offer

Regranulate, regrind, off-grade material, surplus stock or a recurring stream: check which materials we consider on our For Suppliers page, then send us the parameters and volume.

Other enquiries

Partnerships, invoices, documents, general questions: anything that is not about finding or offering material.

Write to us

For anything that is not a material enquiry or an offer of material, e-mail us at kontakt@semanat.pl. Looking for material, or have material to offer? Use one of the two paths above so that your message goes straight to the right person.

FAQ

Common questions from B2B customers

No. A description of the product, the process and the required properties is enough: that is where material selection or sourcing starts. If you know the material you currently use, tell us — it speeds things up.

The material or the application, the processing method, the required properties (e.g. MFI, stiffness, impact strength, temperature resistance), colour, origin (virgin / PIR / PCR), an approximate quantity (one-off or estimated demand), the delivery location or whether you can collect the material yourself, and your timescale. A technical data sheet (TDS) for your current material or a drawing of the part is very helpful; attach documents to your e-mail.

In many cases, yes. We arrange samples or a production trial case by case, depending on the material, the supplier and the volume. Not every lot has samples available straight away. A sample or a trial is how suitability for your part is confirmed: typical values in a technical data sheet are not acceptance limits.

Yes. We can handle one-off lots as well as regular, recurring requirements. We agree the terms and delivery schedule individually.

Yes. E-mail the parameters, origin, volume and location of the material to sebastian.dudek@semanat.pl; our For Suppliers page explains what we consider. We will check whether we can find an application or a buyer for it. We do not promise to buy every lot.

Yes. We can start from the part, the process, a production problem or the required properties. We propose candidate materials, or a blend or modification where no standard grade fits, and discuss the trade-offs, working with a plastics technologist where needed. A proposal is verified in a trial before series production.

Yes, including PA6, PA66, glass-fibre reinforced grades and filled compounds. The scope always depends on the requirements of the application and on material availability.

Not without knowing the details. Minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times and delivery terms depend on the material, the supplier, the delivery location and logistics, so we state them in reply to a specific enquiry. Where we arrange transport, full truckloads are preferred; collection by the buyer is also possible.
